Overtime- Going over the reserved time will be a surcharge of $2 per minute over the rented time. Set up and clean up time should be included in the booking request. Access to the studio will not be permitted outside of the requested time.

 

Payments- Payment is due one week prior to booked date. Reservation is not guaranteed or final until payment is completed. Payments can be made via Venmo (@legacycreativeartsstudio) or in person via cash/credit. Or if you have already made an account on our online system, a card can be placed on file for your booking.

Cancellation- All cancellations or reschedules (changes to booking time) must be made at least one week prior to booking for a full refund or at least 3 days for 50%. No refund will be issued below this time, for same day cancellations, reduction of hours reserved or failure to cancel.

Smoking- No alcohol, smoking/vaping allowed inside the premises.

Credit Card- A credit/debit card must be kept on file for any damages, loss, and overtime that may occur.

Liability- Releasor/renter and anyone claiming on behalf of renter releases and forever discharges Legacy and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which Releasor has or ever had or may in the future have against Releasee or any of the Released Parties arising out of or relating to their time in the studio. 

 

Damages- Renter is responsible for all damages to the property during their presence in the area and releases Legacy Creative Arts Studio from any liabilities for any damages done on or around the common area.

 

Theft- Renter is responsible for any stolen items that result in negligence of closing and lock up duties. Renter is responsible for any items stolen on or from the property and will be responsible for any reimbursement necessary.

 

Injuries- Renter accepts the possibilities of their activities and releases Legacy Creative Arts Studio of any injuries including but not limited to any bodily harm for anyone they invite into the premises during their rented time. 

 

Cleanliness- Studio must be left in clean condition after each use. Any and all trash, water bottles, and scraps must be thrown and trash cans can not be left overflowing. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for any mess left uncleaned.

 

COVID-19 Release- While participating in events, “social distancing” must be practiced and face coverings worn at all times (when required by law) to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. However, Legacy cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. By attending, observing or participating in the Activity, You acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Activity, and You agree that: (a) Legacy Creative Arts Studio, LLC. (b) the property or site owner of the Activity, and (c) all past, present and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, volunteers, vendors, partners, directors, and officers, of such entities (subsections (a) through (c), collectively, the "Released Parties"), will not be responsible for any personal injury.

 

Violation or noncompliance of the conditions above can result in termination of future rentals.
